Studied at the Universities of, Homburg an der Saar and Ann Arbor, USA. Doctorate at the Institute for Sport and Performance Medicine, Saarbrücken. Scientific contributor at the University Hospital Eppendorf (UKE) in the Department of Cardio, Thorax and Vascular Surgery, subsequently at the Eppendorf Skin Clinic. Research grants from the Fritz Thyssen Foundation and the German Research Society of the Pharmacological Institute, UKE. Specialist and university lecturing qualification in dermatology and venerology at the University of Hamburg. Dermatopathology at the Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, USA. Additional field: allergology. Chief physician and deputy to the medical director, manager of polyclinic and dermatology, temporary medical and managing director of the Skin Clinic of the UKE. 1997 founded the consulting office and day clinic DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG with laboratories as well as the Skin Research Institute SIT (Skin Investigation and Technology). 1999 founded the Skin Biology Center, Hamburg (SBC). 2001 founded the STIFTUNG DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG. 2005 founding member of SCIderm Hamburg (Scientific Research, Clinical Studies and Innovative Consulting). 2006 additional field: dermatohistology. Dr. phil. Dipl.-Psych. Ina Zschocke

Studied psychology at the Universities of Bremen, Freiburg/Breisgau and Jerusalem. One-year research grant in Jerusalem and at the University of Beer Sheva, as part of dissertation. Worked for several years as research assistant at the University Medical Center Freiburg, Dept. of Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Dept. of Dermatology, focusing on biometry and statistics. Doctoral grant for dissertation on malignant melanoma. Training in psychotherapy with license to practice as psychological psychotherapist. Manager of IFKS (priv. Institute for Research Management and Clinical Studies) in Freiburg. Further training in "Methodology of Clinical Studies" and "Outcomes Research" among others at the German Cochrane Institute Freiburg and the University of Heidelberg in medical biometry. 2001 - 2005 publication (Editor-in Chief) of the English-language science magazine "Dermatology+Psychosomatics"/ Karger Publishers, Freiburg. 2002-2006 Member of Expert Committee for the Cost-Benefit Assessment of Drugs by the German Pharmaceutical Industry Association (BPI). 2001 Manager of ICAMmed GmbH (Institute for Clinical and Molecular-biology Research and Consulting). 2005 founding member and managing partner of SCIderm GmbH Hamburg (Scientific Research, Clinical Studies and Innovative Consulting).
