Training

Within the scope of quality assurance and with regard to the increasing regulatory demands in clinical testing, we consider it essential that our team be regularly trained in all issues involved. Our quality standard includes immediate reaction on our part to legislation amendments and updating of guidelines and integrating these immediately into our daily work processes. Regular GCP training takes place at our site for staff and external workers, ensuring that our physicians, study nurses and CRAs are completely familiar with their tasks and responsibilities within the scope of ICH-GCP guidelines. This also means that we comply with the latest requirements of the Ethics Committee, which now requires submission of appropriate training confirmation for all doctors.

Our high demands for quality are checked regularly and certified by the DQS (German Society for the Certification of Management Systems) as independent experts.
