Participation in a Clinical Study

If you are interested in participating in one of our clinical studies, you can call us toll free at 0800/0004562. Our staff will provide you with more detailed information on the study and ask you some questions in order to establish whether you can actually take part in the study. You can of course also initially contact us via email.
If you are suitable for the study and wish to participate, we will make an initial appointment with you at our study site. At this appointment, one of our investigators will inform you in detail about the respective study and provide you with written information. After all issues have been clarified and you have had time to think it over and you have given us your consent to participate in a study, the investigator will ask you in detail about your medical history and will document this. He/she will also conduct a physical examination. All personal data collected will be rendered anonymous, i.e. results of the study outside our research facility are processed under a subject number and cannot be traced back to your name.
If the examination has shown that you fulfill all the criteria for participation in a study, you will be included in the clinical study. An investigator or study nurse will then give you the drug to be tested and explain in detail how this is to be taken or applied. You will be requested to visit us at the research facility at regular intervals so that we can check and document the effect of the drug and possible side effects. You can of course contact us at any time between such appointments. At the start of the study you will be given a telephone number at which you can contact one of our investigators 24 hours a day.
The aim must of course be to complete the clinical study. However, you can withdraw your consent for participation in the study at any time - without specifying any reason - and discontinue the study early. Please inform your investigator of this decision as soon as possible.
Here you will find the indications for which subjects are being sought currently and in the near future. Current clinical studies >>>
