Patients & Subjects

Drugs exist for many diseases. Our goal is to help improve these drugs, to develop them or even to research completely new treatment methods. We do this by conducting clinical studies. Patients and subjects play a significant role in this regard. Without extensive clinical studies, a new or improved drug cannot be launched onto the market. And without patients and subjects like you, there would be no clinical study. Only with your help as a participant in such a study is it possible to push forward medical progress worldwide and give hope to the many people who are suffering from a disease for which "there is no cure yet". However, you need not fear that you will be subjected to the risk of a drug that has not been tested: prior to the commencement of a clinical study on patients, a preparation must have already been tested on healthy subjects and undergone numerous laboratory tests.
